Welcome to Harbor University. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to utilizing our digital portals, academic platforms, or submitting applications. These terms govern your rights and obligations when engaging with our institution online.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Harbor University digital platform, portals, and web services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, course materials, trademarks, graphics, and intellectual property displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Harbor University. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Student & User Portal Accounts

Users registering for accounts within the applicant, student, or alumni portals are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and agree to notify the IT Helpdesk immediately of any security breaches.

4. Acceptable Code of Conduct

You agree to use our digital services only for lawful educational and administrative purposes. Prohibited actions include attempting to gain unauthorized access to university systems, distributing malicious software, harassing other users, or submitting fraudulent information on academic applications.

5. Limitation of Liability

Harbor University strives to maintain accurate and uninterrupted digital services. However, the university shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system downtime, technical glitches, or errors in information published on the portal.

6. Modifications and Governing Law

Harbor University reserves the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable institutional and federal laws.
